Legislative Update – February 17, 2017

This week saw the Palliative Care bill that CHA-MN supports, take another step in the process.  The proposal was heard in the Senate State Government committee.  The proposal did have a Delete Everything amendment to put it into the proper construction, but did not make any substantive changes to the proposal.  The prospects for this proposal remain good, as there has been little or no opposition to it. – Toby Pearson, CHA-MN
