CHA Takes Issue with American Journal Article

Ethicists at CHA and the National Catholic Bioethics Center are taking issue with an article in the American Journal of Public Health that they say demonstrates a lack of knowledge about how medical practices at Catholic institutions are guided by Catholic moral principles. The article, “When There’s a Heartbeat: Miscarriage Management in Catholic-Owned Hospitals,” was published in October. Read more in an article in the May 1 issue of Catholic Health World.
